Kfc - Crestview

Like any other drive-thru experience, the order taker managed to get my order wrong. I ordered two #2 meals, requesting that one of the mashed potatoes be swapped for coleslaw, along with a Dr. Pepper and unsweetened tea. It seemed straightforward, but the drive-thru staff ended up replacing both mashed potatoes with coleslaw and forgot to add ice to the unsweetened tea. This seems to be typical for the Methtown location in Crestview, FL.

I ordered a two-piece white meat meal online, but instead received a two-piece dark meat. I contacted the restaurant to inform the manager about the mistake. She said she needed to discuss it with her general manager and that I would receive a follow-up, but I never heard back. I'm really disappointed!

I had an amazing experience ordering food today! The service was quick, friendly, and polite. The food was served hot and fresh, and everything was impeccably clean! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I was able to place my order quickly and received my food just as fast. Everything I needed was provided, and the area was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. I tried the new chicken dish (July 2022) with mac and cheese, and it was delicious. Definitely order the mac and get a generous portion!

Yesterday, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich big box, and it was not only hot and fresh but also incredibly delicious. I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the window, but she was exceptionally friendly and had a wonderfully caring demeanor. I don’t usually write reviews, but she did an outstanding job and deserves recognition. Once again, the food was fantastic. I didn’t try the new Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, but that’s not on her!
