Twenty e... read more I ordered an 8 piece meal. The man behind the counter said they had no original dark meat. Only dark meat they had was extra crispy. Not a good answer. Twenty eight dollars later and a wait of more than 20 minutes I got home and there were three wings, two legs, two over cooked breasts and one piece that some what resembled a crushed thigh. The mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy container was almost half full. The biscuits were old and crumbling in the box. I will never go back. Rather drive across town to find decent chicken. Don't waste your money and expect any kind of value. BTW I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and it didn't arrive home either. Good thing I wasn't charged for it.

She took the time t... read more I want to give a shout out to the new night shift manager maddy she was really sweet and helpful with my order that was messed up yesterday. She took the time today to make the order her self and to make sure she got everything on the ticket right she is the employee at this kfc i have encountered so far and love giving credit where credit is due thank you maddy for your paitents on my order and helping me making sure you got everything i loved your positive attitude and how sweet and kind you where i hope this kfc can lear a lot from you thank again maddy ?

One bucket was Krispy chicken and other was original, but got old dry... read more Ordered online through kfc app. Ordered 2 buckets with sides, 3 of the 4 sides was wrong. One bucket was Krispy chicken and other was original, but got old dry original chicken in both bucks, but one bucket had 2 pieces of Krispy dried out and brittle. The chicken was tasteless except for mounds of salt in it. Manger told me he thought it was a door dash order that's why the just put anything in there. Smh

So ….. if you are planning on going through the drive through , bring a book , a blanket , a portable dvd player …. Something to occupy your time since you will be there for a lengthy wait . THEN CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! We get home and part of the meal is missing . Not to mention the non existent service . ! If you think you can call to bring this to the managers attention , don’t bother . No one answers the phone . Not a good experience at all
