At the time there w... read more I have to this Starbucks several times, I always go through the drive through. Today I decided to go inside to get a coffee with my husband. At the time there was one person in front us in line, the gentleman placed his order, received it and left. The person taking the orders left the counter and never returned. There were several employees there and none of them came up to get our order, I saw 4 cars go through the drive through and we were still waiting there patiently. Eventually after being deliberately ignored. We decided to leave. This was a very upsetting experience, we just wanted to have a cup of coffee.

The staff are exceptionally efficient... read more This Starbucks location provides a relaxed, clean, and quiet atmosphere, though that can depend on the patrons, of course! The staff are exceptionally efficient and genuinely create a great vibe. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but also fun and personable. Even though they maintained a high level of professionalism and were clearly skilled at their jobs, it felt like you were being served by "real people" rather than just employees, if that makes sense. You can tell they love the art of being a barista. Our server eagerly offered to create a "custom drink" for my husband when he had trouble deciding what he wanted. She asked him about his flavor preferences, like whether he prefers something sweet or not, strong or weak, hot or cold, and also inquired about any allergies or intolerances. It’s worth mentioning that my husband typically orders the same two drinks every time, so for the barista to encourage him to try something new really showcases her excellent customer service skills. In fact, my husband enjoyed the drink so much that he saved the order sticker and even took a photo of it to reference later for future orders! This review is based on my first and only visit to this particular Starbucks (store 14328), but it has positively changed my view of Starbucks as a whole. Perhaps this location is an exception, but I've never felt as relaxed and welcomed in any other Starbucks. Although it’s a bit of a drive from my home, my experience here has definitely made it a "worth the drive" spot. **Vegetarian options:** There are plenty of vegetarian options available. **Dietary restrictions:** They offer a variety of "alternative diet" food options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items. Most drinks can also be made vegan and/or dairy-free, as they provide a selection of plant-based milks. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The venue has wide doors and ramp access, making it accommodating for wheelchair users. I can’t recall if there were automatic button-press doors, but there are certainly manual push/pull doors with large handles. Inside, there’s a reasonable amount of space between tables and seating, allowing for easy navigation for wheelchair users.
