So I never had a bad experience here. Always delicious and good service. This morning they gave me the wrong drink because they worked several new people. I called and they promised to replace it the next time. I took my name and everything. Great customer service!
Idk, what the hatred is about. The ladies working today were amazing. Politically and triple-checked our stuff. Besides, it was amazing. I was in many places and the customer service was amazing today. And the ladies were so happy and welcoming. I'm impressed.
Had ordered a variety of donuts to go. 1 and half a dozen later I go with a hot cup of coffee. Service was great! With a smile on it!
We went through drive through and we were customer number 7155. My daughter got a drink and I got a coffee. We also asked for 10 munchkin doughnuts in variety form and didn't get much of a variety and they were hard. Customer service is very blah also.
I visited this recently updated to the new Dunkin brand location mid-morning on a weekday. Since it was recently updated, the store appears clean and well maintained. I ordered 1 donut and a hot chocolate. Both were good, although the donut wasn 't as fresh as I would imagine it should be since it was still morning time. However, it was still good, and it didn 't stop me from eating it.? Staff was quick, efficient and friendly.
