After a walk to Malham Cove and back to the village, we had several lunch options to choose from and we are so happy we chose the Secret Garden. The vegan food was incredible! I had a cream cheese bagel with a delicious salad and slaw. My husband had the fried chicken burger, which was also tasty! I highly recommend this place. The service was excellent and the host was friendly and talkative.

I would definitely return, as it was our second time visiting. It's a perfect spot for a sunny day, sitting outside by the river.

My... read more I stayed at the hotel on a Sunday and made a reservation at the restaurant. The room was really nice and the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I both ordered the Sunday roast. I had the thick cut leg of lamb and she had beef. The meat was delicious and there was plenty of it. The meal also came with Yorkshire pudding and three vegetables, making it a fantastic meal. My wife ordered a steak which was very good, and my son-in-law had the chicken. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.

The restaurant is along a river it's a beautiful setting. I highly recommended eating here after a walk round Malham!
