Nestled in the heart of Skipton, Beaus Kitchen has reinvented itself with a fresh menu that caters to both vegan and vegetarian diners. While past visits left some guests underwhelmed, recent experiences highlight a turnaround, showcasing flavorful dishes like balsamic tomato soup and hearty salads. The warm, friendly service complements the tasty offerings, from light salads to filling curries. Though the café's cleanliness and organization may come into question, the generous portions and reasonable prices make it a worthwhile stop, especially after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Beaus Kitchen emerges as a beloved gem for health-conscious food lovers.

I had a delicious lunch at this restaurant. The variety of vegetarian and vegan options made it hard to decide what to order. The salad that came with my meal was exceptional. The service was great, even though we arrived towards the end of a busy Saturday and were the last customers, we were never rushed. The prices were fair, especially considering that some places in Skipton tend to overcharge.

My sister and I visited Beaus Kitchen on Thursday, April 26th. Due to a staff shortage, the upstairs seating area was closed, so we sat downstairs in the shop area. Our previous visits to Beaus Kitchen had left us unimpressed, with bland food, rude chefs, and slow service. However, as vegans, we decided to give it another chance... and we're glad we did. The two ladies serving downstairs were delightful. The aroma of the cooking food from the kitchen upstairs was amazing. We both ordered the balsamic tomato soup, which was deliciously flavorful and accompanied by chunky bread. The two ladies were friendly and provided us with information on new vegan recipes to try at home. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we will definitely be returning.

This diner is tucked upstairs above a veggie shop adjacent the main church. Guided to this rustic spot by asking a local but otherwise wouldn't have found it. Three of us were almost all out faced by the portions. Best dish on our table was the goat cheese salad which was well furnished with huge hunks of the white stuff. Only minor criticisms are perhaps too many pulses and sparse amounts of salad leaves to balance the dishes, also a bit of spice with the blander root veg wud have been good. Great, human table service and perfect tea. Don't tackle the chocolate in the jar unless you're about to trek across the Antarctic three of us failed to make much impression on its substantial dense volume. Would recommend this place for walkers with an appetite.

Went to this cafe for lunch on a day out to Skipton. The food was edible and tasty but I ordered bruschetta with roast vegetables and I was served with a plate of roast vegetables with toast placed on top of it. It tasted nice but wasn't what I expected. My husband ordered a pie which he was happy with. The cafe was very quiet, the staff had a baby with them which was crying, the kitchen was visible and really untidy and the cafe just didn't look very clean. I'm always loathe to give poor reviews and I'm always grateful to go anywhere that serves vegan food but I won't go again.

Good healthy vegetarian food... we have been visiting for years and it seems to be under new ownership or management but it's just as good. They serve fresh, seasonal salads with every meal which is great. Today's Wild Mushroom soup was a real treat, and a change from the soups most places serve.
