Contribute Feedback What Joey Regan doesn't like about Starbucks:
Today a barista at this Starbucks refused to call my drink name out because my name For Starbucks Is “Israel forever” instead she called out my drink order and I said to her “what? You can’t call the name on the cup?” To which she gleefully replied “no!” Guess it’s not just unions stores that have a problem. It’s like tell me you’re antisemitic without telling me you’re anti Semitic. View all feedback.
Amazing staff partners but really bad management! They really are so sweet and accommodating to a degree but so sad that they have a poor manager to over works them and it shows. I usually come in the evening and it’s so sad to hear them say that they are always understaffed and have a whole cafe filled with what seems to be a whole school! Manager really needs to be switched to someone who puts order in place.
My order was timely considering how busy it was. Unfortunately, Google was not able to show live updates on how busy it was.
The staff was so rude I'd NEVER go back to this location. It was so inappropriate.

Do not go here, go to Cafe Teasia or Track 5 down the road. The ambience is terrible layout and music very unwelcoming. Plus there is constantly an obnoxious group of kids leaving their bikes in the walk way and making a mess of the place. It’s a shame as I’ve been to this Starbucks many, many times, but it has completely deteriorated to the point I can’t go back.
