My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12—1 for example. I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink.
