My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12—1 for example. I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink. This is a good, quality, reliable smoothie king that doesnt get too busy. Good for a quick lunch.
I had to tell the employee to put her mask on while fixing smoothies. Her reasoning was it gives her a headache....but your breathing over the product
Clean and friendly I been coming here so long that the staff knows what I want before I even order..lol great team
Smoothies are great and staff is fast and friendly. Haven't been there in a while. New plastic cups are nice, but hope they change back to the other cup. With the new cup, it's cold to the hands and worst of all, the smoothie melts super fast.
This location is on my way to work. Typically it's not very busy.
