I chose this hotel based off of a Groupon. I'm pretty glad I did. The beds were comfortable. The view was nice. The price was great, especially being in the center of new orleans. I booked wrong and was freaking out because Groupon told me there was nothing they could do for me. This hotel stepped up and fixed everything. What Gunnar R doesn't like about Old No. 77 Chandlery:
I’ve never been to a hotel where rooms have no daylight… anyhow, not a great room I got, but not everybody can get a view… I understand that the hotel has a unique history, but I still got less than what I expected for Deluxe room in terms of windows. The rest of the room was nice. View all feedback.
The front desk personnel is amazing! Cheerful! Helpful, even in the middle of the night on Christmas! The rooms are beautiful and rustic just like the pictures online. A Houseman was singing Christmas carols in the hallway! Ice and water machines by the elevator. The good nugget ice! Iykyk, you know. Very reasonable rates. Beds are to die for. Sleep like an adult, all night and wake up without grown-up body aches. Perfect pillows! Seriously. No reason to stay anywhere else. Loved it!

Positive: The ambiance! Negative: The bathroom door had a see through glass. Not a lot of privacy.
Great location restaurants is amazing the A/C in my room sucked

The following morning, we were surprised to find our car booted in the parking lot. We determined that there was a typo in the license plate entered at the front desk. The manager “Brittany” basically told us it was ou … – show
