I ordered the gluten-free vegan gumbo. I thought it was very good. The vegan beignet was also good, but it is definitely not anything close to a traditional beignet. It was a cake with powdered sugar. One of the people behind the counter was sure to tell me that it wasn't deep fried, so I wasn't hugely surprised. Overpriced tourist trap go elsewhere!I ordered a crab cake po boy that, instead of a side of potatoes, came with a handful of spring mix (lettuce) which was accompanied w/a miniature dressing. I didn't really mind the substitution as i thought that the star of the show would be the crab cake sandwich (po boy) which consisted of 2 medium size crab cake patties.
