What Sarah B doesn't like about Gumbo Ya-ya:
The flavors of the food here are really good, but the description of the gumbo yaya was a bit misleading. I didn't find any blue crab, and only 1 salad shrimp. Our table neighbors ordered poboys and I was surprised to see they were overflowing with fried shrimp. If you're around the Jackson Brewery, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. We came in around noon on a Saturday morning searching for Mimosas at a good price, and without a crazy line- and preferably outdoor dining. This place nailed everything!
