Firehouse Subs - Feedback

What Hayley M doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
We have never ordered here and gotten a correct order. Tonight, they somehow managed to mess up all four of the sandwiches ordered. The topping on the Mac and cheese was stale and soggy. Last night was my first time ever trying Firehouse Subs as I'm not big on eating sandwiches, but when I do I usually go to Subway. Well this place has just become my “go to spot” for my sandwiches! I had their “small” Italian Bacon sandwich with Ranch dressing and wished I'd gotten a bigger sandwich, like our daughter did who ordered a “large”.
