Feedback
Reviews praise The Red Duster's friendly service, cosy atmosphere and memorable desserts, while noting occasional underseasoned savoury dishes and firm bench seating.
This restaurant never disappoints! The service is always perfect. We went for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The price per person is between £40-50. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a solid 5 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the Sole with Asparagus, Pork Belly with Potatoes and Gravy, Duck Breast, and Citrus Grilled Yellowfin Sole. For vegetarians, we highly recommend giving this place a try.
I received a very warm welcome and the waiting service was efficient and friendly. The menu had a good variety, but I found the savory dishes to be somewhat lacking, making the overall experience feel overpriced for me. The highlight of my meal was the Pineapple and ginger ice-cream for dessert. The bench seats were not the most comfortable, but they may be suitable for some. Overall, it was a dine-in dinner service.
I dined at this restaurant for dinner and spent approximately £40-50 per person. The food was fantastic, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, earning another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, although I would rate it a 4 out of 5.
So good had to go back for the AMAZING Stilton and Marmite melt potatoes. Well worth the trip to the IoW.
