What MNaBhx likes about Panjabi Hut Coventry:
If you like Indian curries and in particular vegetarian, then you will enjoy this restaurant. Panjabi Hut is authentic food. If you are going for the first time then try thaali, samosa or any of their chat items. I would also recommend Chole Batturey. Batturey's are well fermented and hence a delight to eat it when served hot. We have been there on multiple occasions. We have thoroughly enjoyed each time. I haven't t... View all feedback. read morePunjabi Hut offers authentic Indian cuisine, with vegan options clearly labeled on the menu. The chole batura and rajma are particularly delicious. Despite the simple decor and lack of front of house staff, the food is top-notch and reasonably priced. The owner is friendly and welcoming, even offering free samples of their sweets. While some may find the service slow and the hygiene lacking, those seeking homestyle North Indian food will not be disappointed. With a wide variety of dishes and excellent flavors, Punjabi Hut is a must-visit in Coventry for those who appreciate tasty, authentic Indian cuisine.
