The service was incredibly rude and there was no customer service to speak of. The food was absolutely terrible.

The chow me... read more I pre-ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was ready on time, which is why I am giving it one star. However, the food was very disappointing. The chow mein was filled with soggy noodles, lacking vegetables and meat. The curry was flavorless, with a thick and unappetizing sauce, and the rice was undercooked. The mini spring rolls were burnt and empty inside. The overall quality of the food was extremely poor. If a restaurant advertises and sells a product, it should meet expected standards. Customers will not return if they are expected to pay for subpar food. It is not surprising that this place was empty; without customers, a business cannot survive. If this restaurant does not improve its quality, it will surely close down. Takeout food is not cheap, so there is no excuse for serving such disgraceful dishes and expecting customers to come back. This is unacceptable.
