The meat tasted like g... read more I ordered the bistec and it was really disappointing. I also had to wait at the register for nearly 15 minutes due to being understaffed. The meat tasted like ground beef and there was a lot of fat in it. It cost $8.43, which felt like a poor value. This will be my last visit to Laredo Taco Company.

To truly enjoy Laredo Taco Company, you need to get their fresh food, which is available around 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. They close early, so the selection can be... read more To truly enjoy Laredo Taco Company, you need to get their fresh food, which is available around 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. They close early, so the selection can be limited later in the day. The last time I visited, they had nearly 10 different entrees to choose from! When the food is fresh, I usually take three meals to go. I love their food! The staff are friendly, but you'd be better off grabbing McDonald's instead.

When I asked when they would be ready... read more The sign says the restaurant opens at 3 AM, but it’s already 5 AM and the staff isn’t ready because one of them overslept. When I asked when they would be ready, the employee was rude and said he wouldn’t serve anyone until his partner showed up, even though food was already prepared. This is a truck stop where drivers usually leave early! Imagine if I told a customer their shipment would arrive whenever—it wouldn’t go over well, and I’d lose all my clients.
