Unfortunately they close it early and there will be very few selections. This last time I went had nearly 10 different entrees to choose from! When I asked when they would be ready... read more The sign states that the restaurant opens at 3 AM. It’s now 5 AM, and the staff isn’t ready because one of them overslept! When I asked when they would be ready, the guy was rude and said he wouldn’t serve anyone until his partner arrived, even though there was food prepared. This is a truck stop, and truckers typically head out early! Can you imagine if I told a customer that their load would arrive whenever? I wouldn’t have any customers left!

The meat tasted like ground beef and there was a lot of fat in it. It cost $8.43, which felt like a poor value. This will be my last visit to Laredo Taco Company.
