Slow. Took 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The guy that took my order had terrible customer service skills. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He moved as fast as someone who hates their job but knows they get paid hourly would move.
The staff is often unavailable when you're ready to place your order, and it takes a long time for anyone to assist customers. The level of customer service is quite poor. It seems like a lack of training might be the issue, or perhaps a lack of motivation.
I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch to go, but I ended up with tuna instead of chicken. By the time I realized, my bus was already on the move. They have a new deli fridge that makes it difficult to see the meats and cheeses, or else I would have caught the mistake. Plus, I didn't receive my receipt.
Terrible service from the 2 girls who served, one of them pregnant (the one with the tattoo), they served me practically what they wanted and they charged us for the guacamole when they didn't even have any, the pregnant girl got angry because they made a mistake with my order and I asked them to They changed it, for another there was a boy with excellent customer service but he was afraid of the pregnant girl, thank you, I will never return to this branch
