Went in there for a Sunday roast. Had been travelling for a while and stopped in with the hopes of getting a table. Got a table straight away and the staff were very attentive. Cosy and homely feel. Roasts were delicious and fairly priced We had a beef and a pork. Big portion, plenty of gravy and could also order sides like pigs in blankets and cauli cheese. Would deffo go back!

We visited for a late lunch today and had a perfect experience. We brought our cockerpoo with us and were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful end to 2023. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, Benali, and feel so welcome. If you have a well-behaved dog, this pub/restaurant is a must-visit. We will be back for sure.

My family and I had lunch on Boxing Day, sitting by the open fire and indulging in delicious food from both the menu and specials board, all while receiving excellent service. It has been a while since we all had such a wonderful pub experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Had lunch with friends at this restaurant. The food was good and they offer the best value Sunday lunch in the area. It is always busy, so make sure to book in advance. The atmosphere is lovely.

The staff were very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Quick and efficient service with a really friendly atmosphere. A good selection of Beers, wine and food to choose from. We had a Sunday roast. A nice selection of meats to choose from, all cooked to perfection and extremely tasty! The sticky toffee pudding is also a must!
