at the rande of the visit, no problem to get a table. very attentive staff, but felt a bit hurry to order. After visiting Indian restaurants in the UK, we went for Stanard dishes, but both were not on the standard / quality we had expected. the wobbles were very fat. the naanbrot was very good. I'll probably visit again when we're in the opposite. could be better based on my taste and experience. View all feedback.

Ate here while in the Cotswolds for a wedding. Delicious food, biryani with so much soft lamb, saag paneer lovely, fresh naan all great. Good service and friendly team. Easy parking in the Forum car park and walk through the cut. Yes it’s above a supermarket don’t let that put you off. Highly recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I have been to this restaurant three times now, as I live far away and am visiting friends. We always like to come to The Sultan because the service and food have been amazing. We had starters, mains, and drinks, and we all had a great evening. We are definitely looking forward to going again when we visit Cirencester next time.
Fabulous meal at The Sultan. Service was great, very attentive. The food was outstanding I had a dish new to me a Pathila and it was delicious. The Tikka and onion bhaji starters were served at the table from a hot plate on a trolley which was a nice touch. The vegetable rice, naans and the curries chosen by the rest of us were also excellent. They use little hot plates (those ones with a tiny candle in) to keep food warm at your table which deserves extra mention as curry stays hot ready for you to have seconds! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
