I went back to Balihoo to see if they had any rice (a legendary trick for saving water-damaged phones, according to Google). Despite being busy, a worker kindly offered me a tub full of rice to help save my phone. He refused to accept any payment and instead just wished me well. Thanks to Balihoo's help, I was able to save my iPhone by leaving it in the rice overnight. They went above and beyond to help me, saving me £800 in the process. I cannot thank the employees enough for their exceptional service. 10/10 for me.

The dining experience is consistently excellent, with friendly staff and a dog-friendly atmosphere. We have also tried their takeout pizza, which is delicious and authentic. I highly recommend it.
