It became so problematic that they couldn’t give change to a customer paying with a $20 bill. Rather than going to the bank to fix the issue, the staff just sat around, showing little concern for such a straightforward problem. It’s difficult to imagine how unmotivated the owner must be.

When I tried speaking to a woman inside who was cleaning, she was very rude to me. Poor service— I will never come back!
