My order was messed up despite my clear instructions; she added whatever she wanted instead. My meatball sub was drowning in sauce, and my girlfriend's sandwich had so much mustard that it outweighed everything else. If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location!

It became so problematic that they couldn’t give change to a customer paying with a $20 bill. Rather than going to the bank to fix the issue, the staff just sat around, showing little concern for such a straightforward problem. It’s difficult to imagine how unmotivated the owner must be.
