Walked in to a nearly empty restaurant. Had a seat at the bar. Bre was friendly and welcoming. The brewer for Civilization brewing was at the bar so I tried his Olaompali which Bre gave me a taste of and was delicious. I was craving a BLT which was not on the sandwich menu but Bre was more than happy to make that happen since the ingredients were in other sandwiches. The aioli they have made it one of the best BLTs I've ever had. A memorable and very pleasant visit indeed.
Stopped through on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Overall I 'd say the food was great, and the beer/drink selection awesome. Ambiance was off though. We sat outside under tents and picnic tables in a parking lot, and it just felt too covid-esque to get comfortable. Not my favorite vibe. You stand in line at the bar to order drinks and food-which looked to be prepared haphazardly amongst the bar tender pouring. It gave some food safety red flags. Surprisingly even with that, the food was really tasty. We got a steak sandwich and a chicken bacon sandwich-both of which were noted as award winners on the menu. Pretzels were a hit with the kids too. There 's a little park across the street that the kids ran over and played on while we enjoyed our drinks.
