What Heather Thaw dislikes about Tim Hortons:
At this restaurant, I've noticed that some staff members don't seem to check the points properly; so far, I've missed out on four free coffees that I was supposed to receive. They took both my points and my money, which feels like they're pocketing it. They need to learn to follow recipes or formulas for items on the menu, i.e. Ice Capps. No need to give too many caramel toffee shotsToo damn sweet!!!

(Tim Hortons at Ultramar location)So I've been coming to this location since they've opened and1-theyre the quovkest2- the most punctual for getting your orders correct3- Dawn,Lloyd Sharon actually ALL the staff are the most pleasant bunch I've ever encountered at any Tim Hortons . Ohh and they love my furdaughter Shalby and to me thats very important.
