I had to wait 10 minutes just to place my order, and then I was rudely interrupted by the cashier who started taking drive-thru orders in the middle of my conversation. I couldn't tell whether she was speaking to me or into the microphone. I felt foolish having to repeat myself several times only to realize she wasn’t paying attention. The place seemed understaffed and possibly undertrained, or maybe they just don’t care.

On June 27, 2023, at 9:12 PM, she cranked up the music so loudly that my husband and I couldn't even have a conversation while sitting by the window. The atmosphere of the place felt quite disorganized and low-key, largely due to the noisy group of patrons nearby who were disturbing the peace. The supervisor seemed to treat the space more like a bar, turning up the music without considering the comfort of the diners.

The app says that this should be around $18 so I was obviously grossly overcharged and because they didn't give me a receipt I can't dispute it.
