At first, I thought it was just bad luck, but both times the salad I ordered was soggy—not because of the dressing, but it felt like it had been sitting in water all day. I’m not sure how they managed to create a salad with absolutely no crunch, but they did it twice. Additionally, the chicken on the salad was ice cold both times. I've never encountered this issue at other Subways, so I won't be returning to this location. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me—I'm not making it three times!
