We went to this restaurant with a group of over 20 people for lunch. We contacted the restaurant days in advance to ensure they could accommodate our group and... read more We went to this restaurant with a group of over 20 people for lunch. We contacted the restaurant days in advance to ensure they could accommodate our group and pre-ordered all meals. When we arrived, the waitress told us our food was ready in the kitchen, but we were short on seats, causing confusion. Some of us received our food late or not at all, with one guest being told they ran out of noodles for her order. One coworker found hairs in her meal, but the waitress did not offer a replacement or refund. The food tasted overly salty and unappetizing. Despite there being only a few other customers in the restaurant, the service was extremely poor. We were disappointed with both the food quality and service and will not be returning. We expected a great meal, but sadly did not have that experience. It's a shame as we were not treated well, despite giving plenty of advance notice for our large group.

Friends of mine have told me they had a bad experience, so there might be consistency problems, but on this night, they really did well. A mixture of sushi , Chinese and Canadian served in sushi sized portions. The hot and sour soup was really good.
