When confronted, she mentioned they did not have enough staff to handle the reception guests, even though they knew about the situation in advance. My husband had to go to the parking lot to retrieve guests who had been refused entry. After dinner and dessert, the other party was still not finished with their meals, so the wedding party had to clear plates off the tables themselves to speed up the already delayed reception. I took on the responsibility of speaking with the manager about all the issues in order to give the bride a break, but she continuously brushed off concerns and told me to tell the bride to relax. Despite the efforts of some staff members to make things better, everyone involved was greatly disappointed in the management of the event. I do not recommend spending your money on something as important as a wedding at this restaurant. I will not be returning for any reason. The treatment of such honored guests was absolutely appalling.

However, there were some issues with the service. While my fiancé received his drink promptly, I had to wait 15 minutes with multiple promises that mine would be out shortly. When we ordered, I chose the ribeye over the strip, but the waitress seemed surprised by my choice, stating that women normally don't order such a large cut of steak. This comment was rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, my salad never arrived and our appetizer was mistakenly delivered to the table next to us. Despite these service mishaps, the food was delicious. I gave a 3 rating overall, with the food being a 5 and the service a 0.

It was a quiet evening during the middle of the week, so the staff was very attentive and accommodating to our different dietary needs. The food was excellent! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lovely evening out.
