Cora - Cornwall

The coffee was too strong for my liking, but I like my coffee weak. I tried the blueberry pancakes, and asked for real maple syrup. I was not disappointed.

Midweek breakfast with only a few tables occupied. My friend's scrambled eggs were dry and hard. My crepes were very tough...had to tear them apart instead of cutting...coffee was cold. Server was very good though, no complaints on that front. Way too expensive for a simple, below par breakfast.

Went to check out this new addition to cornwall. We arrived before 8 am on a week day,and was not greeted by a hostess ( if there was one) it would appear there was a desk for one. Not many people in the restaurant , and initially we were the only people of 2 waiting to be seated, or basically an acknowledgement would have been nice. 2 servers had their backs to us on the far side of the room for 10 min taking orders and explaining the options.Now there was quite a lineup at the door and still no one even looked at the door. Was this intentional to prevent guests from getting the 6am to 8am special.? My guest was an 86 yr old women who got tired waiting. We left as did others. We will never step foot in this place again..there are other breakfast places cheaper and serve excellent breakfast with a side dish of excellent service. That is where we took our business

As many have listed, this location is expensive. The food was great and the portions were good. Staff had a smile and were attentive. Unfortunately as a tourist the price is tourist trap prices. Our family could eat twice for the cost at this establishment. So if you're not running a tight budget vacation this is the place for you. Budget folks , your choice, we've gone elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Wow what a great breakfast spot. We are big Cracker Barrel fans when down in the States and Cora's beats them. Went there two mornings in a row while we were in Cornwall
