The menu is nearly entirely gluten-free, with only a few items clearly marked as not gluten-free. They also label other allergens, which is very helpful. The person I spoke to—perhaps the owner—mentioned that both of her children have celiac disease, so it's evident that they take gluten-free dining seriously. It’s such a relief to eat somewhere without worrying about gluten. They offer homemade gluten-free bread, croutons, and baked goods.

The owners and staff are lovely and I look forward to stopping in every time I'm passingthrough Cornwall. I highly recommend Carrots N' Dates!
