Every time I go to this Dairy Queen my food is always barely warm. you’d think waiting in line for a long time the food would be fresh or half way hot. my fries... read more Every time I go to this Dairy Queen my food is always barely warm. you’d think waiting in line for a long time the food would be fresh or half way hot. my fries weren’t hot, they looked like they were cooked early this morning or yesterday. not to mention the ranch is like soup consistency which is weird. only thing that was good was my blizzard

I ordered then drive around to the pickup window wher... read more I ordered from the drive thru. There was 5 cars in the parking lot. I didn 't figure they were super busy. I ordered then drive around to the pickup window where I sat for the next 30 minutes. I could see the employees in the store and they saw me. No one came to window to say your order is delayed, sorry about this, or anything else. It was obvious they didn 't like the way I looked so therefore I was getting no service. I have owned businesses in the past and this type of no customer service

The girl at the drive through window did everything you expect from dairy Queen. She turned my blizzard upside down beforehanding it to me. She smiled and thanked us for coming to dairy Queen.
