She was very respectful to each customer even after being yelled at by the two cars... read more Even though the wait was long, i want to applaud the manager on duty, Amber. She was very respectful to each customer even after being yelled at by the two cars in front of me. She explained to me that there were only two other employees in the store, one of which was in training, and i felt so bad. Even though her night was made rough by rude customers, she deserves every bit of praise for continuing to do her job while keeping a smile on her face. i don’t mind waiting for my food, and i don’t mind if you’re out of something because i’ve been a manager in the fast food industry before, and she handled every situation so well. will definitely be coming back because the few employees are working as hard as they can, and are very respectful. if you can’t be patient enough to wait for your food when you ordered the entire menu, go home and eat a bowl of cereal.

I was missing a taco, my quesadillas were w... read more I waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered online, arrived at the drive thru at 4:37pm, received food at 5:10. I was missing a taco, my quesadillas were wrong, the tacos received were wrong and cold , and they were out of beans and rice, and we received some mystery burrito. I’d also like to note that there were only three cars ahead of me. The rest of the food was good, but all things considered, the experience was NOT good. On the bright side, the customer service was good.

They never seem to have their dining room open, and I’m not sure why, as there’s never a sign indicating that it’s closed. They should at least keep the door locked to prevent people from walking in. It just makes sense. Additionally, every meal I’ve received has been soaked in grease, which is not the case at other Taco Bell locations I've been to.

After placing our order at the kiosk, we were informed that they had run out of sausage. However, they generously offered us steak and bacon without any extra charge. Both of us really enjoyed our meals. On top of that, the Taco Bell was beautifully decorated. I would definitely come back again!
