Fabulous waiter, they were extremely busy, but they apologised over and over again and sent the manager to talk to us. they were super nice about everything. the best service of all time.

I love texas roadhouse. I was at 3 diferent and my service, eating was always passed. excellent .ich have my favorites of course on steaks. sirloin has it. in 74 and don't eat much in one. my son has that I get the big, so I have my late nite meal in bed. the best of all time. also in the microshaft reheated later its still delicate and juicy. oh I enjoy it there also the personal is always friendly and the restaurator is very clean and well decorated. i highly recommend texas roadhouse if you want a good meal and the prices are affordable.

Never call this page to make a reservation. the waitress at the entrance told me that booking by phone does not guarantee that they reserve a table for them. terrible service

The service at this site tends to be very hit-or-miss. we went last week, the day before my birthday, and the service was kind of terrible. we had only 2 adults and 2 children, and the restaurant was not excessively busy. but our waiter took forever to get refilled, had to ask for the ketchup of the child 4 times, had to ask for cute 3 times to be able to cut the brot, etc. that eating was always good at this place, but the service will be either ingenious or terrible. ?

I called the restaurant at 3:00 pm to be put on the list to have a table for a party of 13to arrive at 6:30pm. We had 4 babies with us. I arrive at 5:50 pm and they said we had a 40 minute wait. We finally got seated about 7:30 and had to wait forever to get our meal. We finally got out of there about 9:15. That is why to long to have to wait with babies that were very hungry. I have no complaints about the food it was really good. But we were really aggravated having to wait so long to be seated and waiting on our food.
