What User doesn't like about Hi-b:
Been going to the Hi B on and off for about 15 years. Everyone knew about the grumpy owner who didn't like phones. A lot of time has passed and now the phone thing, which was never as big a deal, is being enforced in an exaggerated way by the kids that work there who scream at you if they see you take out your phone, backed up by a load of people that admit they've never been there before who are just taking part in... read moreThe Hi B in Cork is a legendary spot with a strict no phone policy and a colorful history. While some recent visitors have criticized the bar staff for enforcing the rule aggressively, many others still appreciate the traditional vibe and authentic atmosphere. With live music, eccentric locals, and a unique ambiance, the Hi B offers a one-of-a-kind experience that's worth a visit.
