Wish I had taken a photo but I was so hungry as a lot of restaurants were booked solid this evening. We were deterred by the terrible reviews but were we ever pleasantly surprised. The service was fast and the meal was hot and delicious. I had the slow cooked beef and it was tasty, the meat fell apart, and the gravy was decadent without being too salty. Overall, we were a table of 3 and everyone was extremely satisfied.
The food is very tasty. The waiters are very polite and attentive. There was live music. I liked everything very much.
I had a wonderful experience with the service at Grain Grill, which was exceptional. The food was good overall, but the pizza didn’t quite live up to my expectations. For dinner, the price per person was roughly €20–30. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3. The menu offered a nice variety, making it worth exploring.
I had a thoroughly disappointing visit to Grain Grill. The menu was quite limited, the fries were undercooked, and the service was practically nonexistent. I spent between €20 and €30 for dinner, but it was not worth it at all. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 1 each. I do not recommend this restaurant.
During our stay at the hotel on June 21st, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant because of Covid restrictions. Our meals were served at the Bells Bar, but the menu was from Grain Grill to avoid any mix-ups. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was fresh, made to order, and delicious. I had the haddock and chips with pea purée and tartar sauce, while my partner enjoyed the burger with fries. Sadly, we were too full to try any desserts.
