This is ri... read more I ordered the homestyle chicken soup and this is what I get?? The bowl is not even half way full, I asked and they toll me this is the way it comes.. This is ridiculous I'm very disappointed with this panera bread service. I will never come back again

This location isn?t very good. I tried to go there at 7:30 am which is 30 minutes after they open and they didn?t have the coffee out. I frequently travel to Da... read more This location isn?t very good. I tried to go there at 7:30 am which is 30 minutes after they open and they didn?t have the coffee out. I frequently travel to Dallas and this isn?t an isolated incident. This location needs to improve. One day I noticedthat at 6:50 am the staff still didn?t seem to be inside when they open at 7:00 am. Panera is a really good place just not thislocation.

The order arrived quicker than I thought which was good, but the presentation left a lot to be desired. The food was good, but the bowl was not flat I'm the bag so my food was pushed toone side. The French Baguette was thrown in the bag without being wrapped in anything it was just laying on top of the bowl. Ifound that to be a problem because I'm use to bread being wrapped in something. I threw the bread away, buy the bowl was good.I'm going to order from here again, but I would recommend it to others.

I literally said excuse me, there is a line forming up front. Nothing else. But afterwards I heard them making fun of me for even asking. They also werelate on completing my order ahead coffee. I received an email saying it was complete, when it was not even yet started. Serviceat this location, on this day, left much to be desired. I understand that so many places are short staffed right now, and thatmay have contributed to the delay in getting things served. But no need to mock your customers.
