I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered mac and cheese for my daughter, but it arrived with a hair in it. There was no apology or explanation given. Since they opened, the quality has been lacking. I won't be coming back.
There was no one at the front to help customers. When I asked for someone to go up front, they did. I literally said excuse me, there is a line forming up front. Nothing else. But afterwards I heard them making fun of me for even asking. They also werelate on completing my order ahead coffee. I received an email saying it was complete, when it was not even yet started. Serviceat this location, on this day, left much to be desired. I understand that so many places are short staffed right now, and thatmay have contributed to the delay in getting things served. But no need to mock your customers.
Complete Rip Off! I drove through and ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. I got home and they didn't put any chicken salad on the sandwich! It was just extremely spicy mustard, feta, chopped cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes on bread!. I called and they wouldn't refund my money. If I could give negative stars for cheating customers, I would!
I ordered the homestyle chicken soup and this is what I get?? The bowl is not even half way full, I asked and they toll me this is the way it comes.. This is ridiculous I'm very disappointed with this panera bread service. I will never come back again
Fast, friendly service and great food. Grabbed lunch here and tried one of the chef?s signature chicken sandwiches. Very good.
