Not Hard Pass on Hard Eight! After seeing a piece at the Coppell Arts Center, the woman took me to this place. I wanted to eat good Texas.

Good BBQ, that seems to be a little different than the normal fare. Most flavors, tastes and even some of the food textures are somewhat different from my expectations. The pig BBQ has very different grades of beer I enjoyed. I asked about bread (for a sandwich delivery system), but did not end with him as the pig was big alone. The pork ribs were quite normal, but were still well seasoned and damp. Personally, I didn't care about the Koleslawin. The jalapeño sweet corn had a very sweet taste and almost a bread pudding consistency. Overall, I would recommend a stop to try these unique tasty flavors.

Delicious food and a great experience! Huge location with lots of parking. You go to the door and you can see the pits smoke. Large heat area and they let you select the type and quantity of meat. We could try the most. Just have smaller portions and divided. We tried the ribs, pulled pork (a bit salty but still good), brisket (dender and tasty), sausage (delicious), turkey breast (amazing), and Bologna. They had individual potato salad and Mac with cheese. Perfect size for a person. They also had individual banana pudding (excellent) and whiskey pier (good). Try her hot sauce! The food was great. Beautiful large sitting area with a bar and TV. Huge terrace. This is a great place to try Texas BBQ!
