The Dunkin' Donuts egg and cheese croissant and hash browns are always a comforting breakfast choice. You know exactly what to expect in terms of taste at any national franchise, but the one thing that can really make a difference is the service. Unfortunately, that was quite disappointing here. The staff could be friendlier instead of grumpy.

I visited this location on a delivery for door dash, and the employees? incompetence was shocking. I waited for 20 minutes for microwaveable items. There was no... read more I visited this location on a delivery for door dash, and the employees? incompetence was shocking. I waited for 20 minutes for microwaveable items. There was no one else in the store. The 3 employees were joking and all seemed behind. I was told to wait.They didn?t have the bagel the guest wanted. And coffee rolls were out of stock. The store HAS to update item availability sothis doesn?t happen again. The guest waited for a watered down refresher (which was made and waiting on the counter the wholetime), and half of their order! I asked for free vouchers or coupons for the guest, and I was turned down. I can?t imagine worsetrained employees behaving any more juvenile than this.

Imag... read more My first time visiting a DD period!!! Grade: F. Ordered hash browns and they tasted like they were freezer burner and placed in a microwave for 10 seconds. Imagine biting into that!! Order iced coffee WITH caramel flavor. tasted like good ole watered downcoffee with ice. Never again or maybe a different location will be chosen.
