There was no... read more I visited this location on a delivery for door dash, and the employees? incompetence was shocking. I waited for 20 minutes for microwaveable items. There was no one else in the store. The 3 employees were joking and all seemed behind. I was told to wait.They didn?t have the bagel the guest wanted. And coffee rolls were out of stock. The store HAS to update item availability sothis doesn?t happen again. The guest waited for a watered down refresher (which was made and waiting on the counter the wholetime), and half of their order! I asked for free vouchers or coupons for the guest, and I was turned down. I can?t imagine worsetrained employees behaving any more juvenile than this.

Imagine biting into that!! Order iced coffee WITH caramel flavor. tasted like good ole watered downcoffee with ice. Never again or maybe a different location will be chosen.

They have this gap that?s u... read more I go to this Dunkin because my workplace is nearby. This is the second time this has happened. They don?t put your drink to the top. They have this gap that?s undeniable. I purchased matcha latte but it doesn?t taste much matcha hence the color is verylight green. There?s definitely a bad time and a good time to go and never consistent. Some people don?t know how to make drinks

The store... read more We have been fo this location 3 times. The previous 2 times, service was slow and limited on donut options. The most recent was a Saturday afternoon. The store was not busy at all, but the phone was ringing non stop. I ordered 3 simple drinks and 2 donutsat 3:15pm. It was 3:30pm, so I finally had to ask the young lady if they were working on my order yet, seems they forgot (3staff members). They forgot which donuts I ordered, I had to remind them it was a glazed with sprinkles, and a toasted coconut.I finally received my order at 3:34pm. Totally unacceptable, will not return to this location. This store needs a lot of work ifthey want to be successful.
