There is a good variety of menu options, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places of similar quality. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be returning soon!

Not a large menu but all beautifully prepared and really cooked to order. The chef is dedicated and competent. The service is swift and professional but very friendly. Breakfast is also a good meal to set you up for the day in the Lakes. Prices are very fair.

On each occasion I have had 3 courses and tried different o... read more I have now tried the restaurant on 3 occasions all with an overnight stay and 2 with my lovely wife. On each occasion I have had 3 courses and tried different orders each time. I cannot fault anything from the balance of flavours to the amount if food all perfect. The staff and ambiance are the icing on the cake and literally Finnish the whole package off to complete an excellent meal each time. I would advise anyone to try and if available to stay overnight because all elements are worth it.

The hotel restaurant has plenty of parking, and a luxurious lounge with comfortable armchairs. From our arrival we were treated attentively and were able to relax in comfort! The food was excellent, beautifully cooked and presented, in a restaurant with views over green lawns and trees it was hard to believe we were only just outside the village! Highly recommended for a special occasion we'll definitely be going there again!

We were the only guests on our first night, and were greeted very warmly with professional but friendly chat as we were shown to our room. The room was lovely, a great size for 2, very comfortable bed and very clean. We felt quite guilty that the chef had clearly come to work the next morning just to make us a couple of simple breakfasts, but the eggs were perfect so we appreciated him and the friendly waitress very much. We were also offered first refusal on a table in the restaurant that night as it was booking up, however we had plans so didn’t experience the evening meal, the thoughtful offer was a nice touch though. There were more guests the next night but it didn’t make any difference, we didn’t hear anyone in the other rooms, the service was on point and breakfast great. Thank you!
