Though limited in hours and menu, its freshly prepared dishes, including hearty filled jackets and generous tuna salad sandwiches, have garnered praise for their quality and value. Patrons rave about the exceptional cakes and superb coffee, enhanced by a friendly atmosphere. While the café may lack aesthetic appeal and features some pre-bought cakes, its inviting staff and tasty offerings—perfect for a quick lunch or breakfast—make it a must-visit destination for locals and travelers alike. Don’t miss their famous steak pies!.
