really nice, unpredictable eating in the fox and hound inn. they had 3 completely vegan options! but as not veg, the meal times were also beautiful at the meal times. warm and welcoming atmosphere. when they drive from the coast to ennerdale, they take care of themselves in the dark, as they have to drive through vieh, horse and sheep fields. we encountered sheep and kiss in the dark on the way home. visited yesterday and had a pleasant experience eating in the pub. I had the vegan curry that seemed pleasant to be home, but lack of taste as it was a mix of cocos milk and curry powder. veganism is in these sharing quite hard, but so it was glad to be fed. my partner had the vegan burger and was sad that it did not stack in a bungalow like the meats. vegans aren't hungry here, but it's still a bit mediocre. They eat here tonight with 5 other adults. eating was fantastic and very cheap. the 2 waiters were very friendly and helpful. would be 100% recommended!
