We've heard about this place and have been meaning to go. I'm so glad we did.On top of the food being great, the service was amazing. Such a friendly staff!I would definitely recommend it.

It's tough to find an exceptional homemade bu... read more On my weekly rides anywhere north out of the city I stopped by this place about a week ago for a burger and fries. It's tough to find an exceptional homemade burger in the city with really fresh tasting toppings that I can enjoy at a price I don't have to take a second mortgage out for much less stumble on to a place an hour and a half north of my home. Real friendly folks as well. It seemed like they knew everyone as they greeted new arrivals and then chatted them up with a thanks as they left the restaurant. Nice small town stuff. Then I realised I was treated the exact same way and no one knew me from a hole in the wall so it came down to they just treat everyone the same way. Nice.Note: If given the homemade burger option over regular patty when ordering a burger, I highly recommend you take advantage of it.

It is a hom... read more This is the best burger I have ever had, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Master Burger, it is absolutely delicious. It is a homemade 7oz burger with all the fixings served in a sesame seed bun. I believe the restaurant has been in business for 34 years. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

The man who served my partner and I was one of the most outgoing and charismatic ever; he was fantastic! The food was also amazing! I think the other reviews speak to how delicious the burgers are, but we need more love for their onion rings because they were perfection! I really hope that I have to drive through Cookstown again so we can stop in. Please give them a shot!
