Place was fairly busy. Barburrito has become one of my favorite places. Tried the one in tanger outlet mall, I must say after being spoiled by the one near my house this was a real eye opener. There honestly needs to be a standard in how things are made. If someone wants to do dieting they should come here and see the staff putting the food in burrito bowl. They micro measure everything and you end up getting a light version of what you order while paying full. Not at all happy with the quantity. If I could give this place a zero star I would. This place is a complete rip off and by far the worst bar burrito I have ever been too. First of all, they charge regular prices for bowls that are half the size and half the quantity of a regular bowl. Second of all, they completely overcooked my quesadilla because they forgot about it and it ruined the whole meal. Third of all, the customer service was terrible. They weren’t nice and gave attitude every-time I tried to say something. In conclusion, the portions are completely off, they don’t care about customers and is the worst bar burrito around. Do not go here
Young woman working tonight was not friendly nor helpful. Had some kind of store face-lift and asked for the street taccos. Still not sure why it was called cheesy beef there was no beef and 2 crumbs of cheese on top that looked like the bottom crumbs of a stale cheetos bag. Gave the family ahead of my free sides after they paid as they spoke the same language as her. She was extremely inconsiderate of allergies too. Unaware of store promos and products as well. Very rude customer service. I would go 2 to 3 times a week to this location and recommend it. Not anymore. Will be taking my business to the next place who offers good customer service and respects regulars and allergies.
Had 3 small chicken tacos. Absolutely horrible! Chicken was dried out little chucks and other toppings were terrible. 3 tiny tacos with a drink was $17!Felt like throwing up afterwards.Food: 1/5
Located inside the Tangers outlet, it does take a bit of walking before you find you this shop since the outlet is huge. The menu is a Mexican fast food and the servers were very helpful. Got some tacos and tried their new crispy shirmp. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the chicken meat inside the tacos was tender and juicy. The veggies were also fresh and tasted great. Definite recommend if you are visiting this outlet for shopping.
I ordered a veggie bowl and they did not even fill it completely. The quantity was very less and the staff member was telling me to pay extra when asked to put more veggies to fill the bowl. Had such a bad experience. It didn’t taste good
