I order plate bowl with chicken and paid additional for beef they have portions cup for each so one cup off each after they cook the product what the guy did is they took the 1 portions cup for both and toppings and giving me less I didn’t get what I paid for it please watch out the scammers ask questions right away poor managementFood: 1/5

Grabbed a potato bowl to share with my boyfriend, saw that the potatoes were dry and oily… asked to get them fresh and re-seasoned. Unfortunately found them very disappointing as they were still oily with not seasoned…. Also to get the humus which it’s normally free on the plate, it was an addition 1.50$ to have it on the side…

I am shocked at the service I just received. There was an older man and younger guy working. I ordered a large chicken shawarma and a small steak (beef) shawarma with the older man. They put chicken in the small one, when I told them I hadn’t ordered chicken, the old man tried to convince me to just take chicken. I said no, I don’t like chicken. He then mumbled something to the younger guy and I had to tell him what the problem was. He proceeded to put beef on the grill, which was fine. However as the younger guy was making me a new shawarma and asking me for toppings, the older man once again said something to him in his language and made the younger guy pick out the chicken from the previously prepared shawarma and put the beef in there. I’m still shocked they did this, I’ve never seen someone do that before. I use to go to pita land every time I was at tanger when there was a different man working but now I’ll never be going back. They need to improve their approach towards customer service.

Have been coming to this restaurant for quite some time my family and I love their food.
