The food is very well prepared, the tables are very well sanitized after each client. The bathroom is very clean. You can have seats on the terrace (with heaters) or inside. All the time the waiters are present and ready to help. Excellent!

They didn't even have some warm beverages, since we're in the cold season.

The view to the lake is relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable but breakfast could be better (more options) and some noises in rooms could be fixed (dripping water, etc).

It has a horrible ambiance and the staff is below any expectations. On top of that they have some people nearby screaming and shouting about buying a ticket for their ship. Terrible
