The shrimp risotto was savory, the smoked duck salad was tasty and the salmon was fresh. I dine out in the area often and this was the most memorable meal in...a long time. The views are stellar from every table, but make a reservation if you want a shady spot overlooking the sea. The decor is modern and chic and there is ample room for a celebration. It’s walkable from Piata Ovidiu and from the Plaja Modern too. There is also a parking lot designated for Le Premier customers.
