This restaurant was a pretty upscale one when it opened and it had the prices that reflected that. Food used to be very good (99% fish and seafood). Nowadays it is too crowded in the summer and totally empty during offseason. We went inside and it was empty but waiters still took 15 minutes to take our order. Awfully rude personnel. Will not step foot here again. It used to be a very good restaurant years ago.
We visited the restaurant in January 2020, but the offer was so limited that we decided to leave. They had only 1-3 types of food for each couse. They didn't even have some warm beverages, since we're in the cold season.
On Plonge hotel in Constanta is a very nice place to stay. Very close to Mamaja and its attractions but also very quiet. The view to the lake is relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable but breakfast could be better (more options) and some noises in rooms could be fixed (dripping water, etc).
There are stories about this place like it’s one of the best restaurant to eat fish. My visit was very short. It has a horrible ambiance and the staff is below any expectations. On top of that they have some people nearby screaming and shouting about buying a ticket for their ship. Terrible
