I ordered the vegan tofu spring rolls to-go for $12.95, along with the vegan steak and rice. However, when I opened the spring rolls, I was disappointed to find that they did not contain tofu as advertised. Instead, they were filled with lettuce, cucumber, and tomato wrapped in rice paper.

I was pleased to discover that Nibi Pho at the Citadel Outlet Mall now offers a new vegan menu with options such as pho, faux meat and fish dishes, and tofu rolls. The prices are reasonable for basic vegan fare.
Vegan steak here is one of the first vegan “meat” I have ever tried. that was years ago, and I'm still going back to make it good.
Her vegan chicken comb is soou excellently recommended in any case! I also had their vegan steak combo hexe is also very good, but they give them less tmeat then the huh
The chef graciously showed me the separate grill where he prepared my vegan chicken, ensuring it did not come into contact with animal meat. I was impressed, as I have had negative experiences at similar establishments in the past. The vegan chicken dish was delicious, topped with carrots and broccoli, cooked perfectly with crispy edges just how I like it. It was served with salad and rice, which were neatly separated in foil to keep them warm for takeout. The chef and the young woman who took my order were both very kind and attentive to my vegan dietary needs. It was refreshing to see a vegan menu offered at a bustling restaurant.
The vegan chick'n was perfectly cooked, crispy, and tender. The aromatic flavors made my mouth water, with a sweet Vietnamese taste and a kick of pepper. This dish also came with a side of greens.
