I placed a mobile order for pick-up at 7:40 PM t... read more I usually don’t have any issues here, but lately, they’ve been closing their indoor dining earlier and earlier. I placed a mobile order for pick-up at 7:40 PM through the app and arrived at 7:45 PM, only to be told, “We’re closed.” They said my food was ready, but I had to go through the drive-thru to get it. They opened the door to inform me but couldn’t hand me the food directly. Now I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru line for the past 10 minutes with three cars ahead of me, waiting for my food that’s likely cold and soggy by now.
