I believe his name is Mike, and he... read more I’m curious as to why there was only one employee working at the Jamba store during the Black Friday rush at the outlet mall. I believe his name is Mike, and he did his best to serve every customer. Unfortunately, he was the only person there to manage the large crowd. Despite the long line, he was working solo and did not have any support. I’m giving three stars solely because of his efforts; he truly deserves a bonus for his hard work. The management should think about scheduling shifts more reasonably in the future.

The service was very slow; it took over 15 minutes to get a drink, and the place wasn't even busy. I ordered a large drink, but they almost gave me a medium ins... read more The service was very slow; it took over 15 minutes to get a drink, and the place wasn't even busy. I ordered a large drink, but they almost gave me a medium instead. One of the staff members was on her phone with earbuds in, having an argument and telling someone to "shut the f*** up." The customer service was terrible. Please take personal calls on your lunch break.

To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong? no wonder she didn’t hear me well.
