I've bought fruit, yogurt, milk, and other basic smoothie ingredients at the grocery store before, and for that price, I could have stocked up for an entire week! To be fair, the smoothie was delicious, and I have no complaints about the quality or the service. But wow, it’s expensive!

I visit... read more I’m not surprised by the reports of rude behavior at this place. Like others have said, I doubt the owner will apologize or make any meaningful changes. I visited on Saturday and waited over 20 minutes while others were served before me. The staff told us to wait outside but relied on a faulty radio to signal when orders were ready, which made it impossible to understand anything. I was really thirsty and, after such a long wait, they asked me to wait even longer. I decided to cancel my order and suggested they should apologize for the poor service. The woman who seemed to be in charge said she wasn’t obliged to apologize. What happened to basic courtesy? You charge premium prices for a glass of juice, yet the service is unacceptable! I will never return, and I probably won’t go to another Jamba either. Remember, bigger businesses have failed. You’re nothing special. Just wait and see. All I wanted was a simple “sorry” with a smile to acknowledge the inconvenience on a hot afternoon.

To top it off, the girl that made my drink, had her air pods on and the other girl that took my order gotten my order drink wrong? no wonder she didn’t hear me well.
